Am looking at buying some goose dekes. Which do you prefer, GHG of G&H or something else.

Holy cow! Get some Green Head Gear. Pretty good price for a very good decoy. We just bought some recently and we love them.

I think most of the companies put out good dekes...I am a big fan of the Big Foot and Flambeau Judge...

I drove 3 hours to Bass Pro Shop one Sunday and they were all out of decoys except for some Final Approach Decoys so they let me have them for a pretty good deal and these are Awesome!! The flcked heads are very realistic and really nice looking !!

IMHO it depends on you pocketbook and application. Cork is #1 but weight is a serious consideration. If one can get away with a dozen or under cork is the way to go. My second choice are Herter's. No plastics ride or look as good in the water as either of those two choices.
I've found over the years it's the simplicity in paint schemes that are the best for drawing birds. That used with proper decoy placement is the the real key year in & out for successful hunts.

I enjoy hunting over greenhead gear for both ducks and geese.
