I've got a 1962 18HP Evinrude that runs. It could use a little work, the choke doesn't work very well and I broke the rear bolt that goes into the top of the block to hold the pull start assembly. One side of the transom mount is cracked also, $62 for the part through a marine shop in Texas. None of these prevent it from running. I had it on a 15ft. aluminum boat that I sold so it's just sitting around. I'd take $200 plus shipping, although I'm not sure how I'd ship it.
