adaptive gun rest.

i have als and would be hunting out of an electric chair. i am looking for a gun rest that would fit a permmobile 300 chair. i would like something like a limited mobility rest by be adaptive. their model is $500.00 a little salty if you ask me. any help would be appreciated.
