Default 7mm or 300 win mag hunting rifle

I'm looking for a nice hunting rifle that I can use for deer and elk. I've narrowed it down to either a 7mm rem mag or a 300 win mag. I'd like it to shoot sub moa yet be cheap enough to mount a scope on it and have it ready to go for uder $800 for the enitre set-up. This is why I'm looking at the used market. Let me know if you have something or have seen one of these for sale. My email is clintsnell@yahoo.com That's the best way to let me know.

Thanks,
Clint

Default RE: 7mm or 300 win mag hunting rifle

Clint, I have a very nice Tikka Long Range Hunter in 7mm Rem Mag that fits the sub MOA you're looking for. It has a very nice wood stock, (competition style stock) with adj. buttplate and cheekpiece, detachable 5 shot mag., stippled pistol grip and forend, 9 lbs. Bluing is very nice and the gun is in very nice condition overall with the usual hunting wear but nice, clean and neat. I am pulling the scope off from it, but would leave the scope mounts and rings. I believe they are Millet's. Bottom line is $575. I am hoping someone nearby is interested to avoid all the ffl and shipping since this adds close to $50 to the cost. If this is something you want to consider, let me know before I let itgo. Thanks! Mike
