What action camera to get?

What action camera to get?
Been looking around for a couple of days, and have found tons of different action cameras. Clearly the favorite is GoPro, but its not in my budget. Does anybody have ideas of an action camera that is as good if not better for under 100? I have a couple ideas, but there's almost too much to choose from when all I know is the stats for them. But which ones work?
