Default Video Camera..Campbell?

hey ya'll...looking at buying a nice video camera, looking to spend good $ on a good one, I have been doing the research and Campbell seems to be advertised on the hunting shows, and a good camera, I do not know enough about them so thought I would ask around, looking to do all sorts of filming, from turkey, deer, waterfowl, and just around the campfire. Even would try and Solo film, just wondering whats a good quality video camera that is worth the $, like I said, Campbell seems to be a great brand, its just do you buy the packages?, or The camera itself and get the wireless mics and what not..I have no clue..Thank you guys!!!!
