Default something wrong with my lens adapter

Today I got an item. It is Pixco brand Nikon to EOS af confirm mount adapter.
An item looks great and I feel it's a high quality. Only one issue I have: When I connect an adapter to my Canon 5D-mk2, the camera screen starts to "blinking" non-stop in: -exposure scale (from ~-1,5 to ~2 and vice versa) and - in aperture rectangle (from 0 to 1.4) When I operate a live video mode - the screen "sim exp" blinking also as well as exposure. All this makes impossible to set accurate exposure and take a shot. I assume the issue is in AF confirm chip. I cleaned the contacts, reconnect it 4 times. Powered off my camera ~6 times, Rechecked camera with my 42mm-EOS adapter and my standard Canon lens. Everything working just fine except of the adapter, unfortunately. Please advice what can I do?
