Question polaroid video : processing ?

When using the video on my digital polaroid camera it sometimes stops and this appears : processing...... what is happening ? not enough light ? too much light ? Low battery ? It does not happen all the time. I'm confused. Anyone have this problem ?

Hey duke.

I'm no video expert.... and a little more info on the camera model would help. But, I'm willing to go out on a limb here and take a shot at it.

Does your camera use a memory card of some sort? If so, the "processing" message may mean the camera is busy writing to the card and the write-speed isn't fast enough to keep-up. Using too large a memory card can slow down the write-speed in some cameras so you might try a smaller capacity card and see if it makes any difference.

Like I said, I'm no expert....

It does use a memory card. It's 1 GB. I don't know crap about digital cameras; The video feature looks OK and picks up a lot of sounds. If there's a smaller card I'll try it. I was using it tonite and it worked fine; even in low light. Only thing is it eats up the batteries using video mode. When is somebody going to sell longer lasting batteries that are inexpensive ? probably never.
