Mini-DV vs Flash memory

So i got a flash memory camera and now im questioning myself. Should i have went with a Mini-DV camcorder. Me and some friends are planning on throwing a dvd together after next deer season and is a mini-dv better for this?

Your flash recorder should work just fine for you. The important thing is to make sure you have enough media to record all the time you need. Either that or download the flash every chance you get.
