Up to 14 lbs--- I had a canon XL1s with ma-200 audio adapter, azden 200upr dual channel wireless audio reciever, 7" lcd screen, and small 12v bolt battery to pwr the screen with and it balanced out well. Was very steady shots. Used it once to film a walk-thru at a haunted house. It includes all the weights to balance it. They are in the weight cups in the pics. The stabilizer bare weighs about 2 lbs.
