Default HunterCam Cradle HD & Tree Extension For Sale

I have a one year old used HunterCam Cradle HD and Tree Arm Extension for sale. I used this arm last year with my GL2 an it worked out great for me. No problems or real complaints. The arm and base are both wrapped in camo tape and the buckles for the mounting base are covered in fleece to help avoid noise. Includes Bogen 700RC2 fluid head that supports up to 5.5 lbs. Perfect for a GL2 or PD170 sized camera. Now that we've upgraded to the XHA1 I need something a little bit sturdier.

Retail on this arm/base combo is around $370.00. I will part ways with it for $275 + shipping. See photos below. PM or e-mail justin@bowhunting.com with questions or offers. Thanks!

Justin, I have the same camera and arm setup. What arm are you switching to? The setup with XHA1 and all the junk that goes on it is too heavy for the arm, but I've been able to get by with it as long as I concentrate on not extending the arm out to far. Kind of a pain though.

I'm switching over to the Muddy Outdoors arm. The one thing that bothered me about the HCC was the flex in the tree bracket when I had a lot of gear on the arm, and it was extended out pretty far. If you didn't watch it, it would "bounce". The arm itself was rock solid, but the way that "L" bracket worked it put all the weight of that arm + camera on that one spot and I could watch the bracket flex. I was going to build something else to replace that and use the arm with it, but figured I'd just try the Muddy out instead. The new arm just showed up today and I'll be putting a Bogen 501HDV head on it soon. I'll let you know know the results.
