Default need advice on buying camera

Hi all have been reading up on cameras for filming hunts and was almost sold on panisonic PV-GS320. Looked at reviews on it seems like a great camera but #1 dislike is can't hook up mic. Was wondering what would be the next choice of camera that can hook up mic with sama qualitys or better than PV-GS320. can't really afford one of those big cameras. this will be my first one any advice would be great thanks Jerry

Default RE: need advice on buying camera

If you can find onethe GS120 has the same features and has mic and headphone jacks............I used to use one and it has good picture quality, the only downfall is the limited manual controls........I would look for a good 3ccd that has a focus ring behind the lens, that is the biggest downfall of almost every consumer camera.
