Default Making Prof. Video Part II

I sayProfessional but I am not making a living at this. But I do love it...which is why I spend all this energy writing about it....just have fun!!

1) If you "do not" have the option of having a cameraman...edit in your own footage in the stand...make your viewers feel like they're in the stand with you...(oops..no camera man? I use the gorrila arm tree arm to hold the cam..lots of options out there though) Keep the cam close to you to operate.

--------zoom in on your release latching to the string...zoom in on your eyes scanning the woods......zoom in on you as you run your range finder.......zoom in on you drawing your bow just before you kill.......THEN..Incorporate this into the video as you roll into the actuall kill of your animal
(no camera man...so some of it is acting...you have no choice)

2) After the shot...swing the camera on yourself and tell your story...if hunting is truly in your blood the adrenaline will be rushing through you...your viewers will see that you're not a fake and that you're out of control excited! tell them how you feel...tell them you're shaking and that you're in heaven...even if its a doe kill..your viewers will be into you because you're expressing true emotion.

3) If you're in love with your products...rant and rave about how you can't live without them...you can use this if you're looking to maybe get some sponsers...show them their stuff in action.

4) Capture the tracking ofthe blood trail....hold your deer...set the cam on a tri-pod..set up the wireless mics and goto town...tell them your story with the animal still fresh...it makes a huge difference.....even the before the hunt and preparation....put it all together...if you have little ones at home end the video with footage of you and your little one with the deer hanging...tell the world how much you love hunting and how blessed you are to have your animal...

When its all complete...you must enter the world of video editting...Add your favorite music..its alot of work but you must edit to enhance the vid. You will have developed an archive of cherished memories and you won't care one bit that you're not making a living doing it. Year after year you and your family will watch your success...and the passion will grow and grow and grow...its all about you having fun doing what you enjoy and what you love...and thats being in the outdoors..!!

Thanks
