Default video editing

I know Final cut pro is the best out there but I dont have a mac and I am not buying one.. Can someone recommend something to use for PC?

Pinacle studio 10.7 is a good low cost program.

Vegas 7 is a great video editor, but it's a little pricey.

I have Vegas and if I remember right, you can get it for under $100. I also have Premeier Pro 2 which is much more pricey, but has a few more features. For the cost, you can't beat Vegas. It will allow you to do just about anything.

If you really want to get into video editing, get Adobe After Effects 7 or CS3. Now this software islittle pricey.
