Default buying a new camera and need help

I have never filmed but this up coming season Im going to try and film a lot of my hunts. I dont know much about what cameras are good and what is bad but the camera i was looking at getthing is the new Sony High Definition HDR-SR5. It has a 40GB hard drive. Im not like super serious about it and dont want to get like a camera SPECIFICALLY for hunting, I just want a camera that will get the job done. I will use the camcorder for other normal uses too. Is this a good camera for what casually filming some of my hunts.

Heres the site: http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/SY_DisplayProductInformation-Start?ProductSKU=HDRSR5&Dept=cameras&Categ oryName=dcc_DICamcorders_HighDefinitionVideo
