Default Weekend Photos

Well, I had a pretty good weekend, saw a lot of deer, shot a doe, and watched my little brother shoot a coyote. I took my video camera and digital camera to the stand with me this weekend. I took a lot of good pictures, I won't share them all, but I will show a few. It is getting close to prime time, I saw a little 6 pt. grunting and chasing does around my food plot this weekend. The littler ones are getting fired up, the big ones won't be too far behind. Here are some pics hope you all enjoy.

is it just me, or in that third picture, does the buck on the right have an extraordinarily long tail?

I was using a Canon Powershot S3....as far as the lens goes, I have no idea. It is just the standard lens that came with it. Thanks for the compliments everyone!! Here are a few more I took last weekend:

in the picture of the coyote i THINK it looks like its nose is split running from tip to the eyes? if this is so is there a story that goes with that?
i am trying to kill my first coyote and would LOVE to hear the story behind the coyote
Thank You

No real story...it was shot by my little brother while he was deer hunting. He had his muzzleloader and was about to get out of the stand when that coyote came out at about 125 yards. He shot and hit him in the nose. He didn't mean to hit him there, he just got lucky!!

We do a lot of calling in the winter after deer season. It is a lot of fun calling in coyotes, you should try it sometime.
