Does anyone know of some good areas in Southern NH for grouse?

I've only bumped a few grouse in S. NH, which was exciting, but not enough to make me pound the woods...

There are a few local areas that stock pheasant if this interets you instead, just check on the NH website for stocking locations.

If you grouse hunt you must Timberdoodle hunt? This time of the season is best in late Oct and sometimes early November, dependant on cold weather of course.

Most of my upland hunting is above the lakes region (north) and has been very kind to my group of hunting buddies and I!

Good luck and sorry that I could not direct you to a honey hole
Just good to chat with a local fellow...
