How to hunt a crow?
Hi, y'all....
This is Bob from Odd Sea Games. I'm leading the development for an adventure game call The Odd Sea, which will require the player to hunt a raven so it can be cooked.
I'm looking for crow-hunting tactics, as well as any stories anyone has about hunting them. I hear that you have to watch your back if you shoot one, so this ought to get interesting.
Any input is appreciated, thanks!
Edit: Apparently raven hunting is illegal, but ravens are a type of crow. Crow hunting is legal by US federal law if the crow is causing damage or being a nuisance, so crow hunting tactics/stories are appropriate.

RE: How to hunt a raven?
I've done some research, and you're right. However, ravens are a type of crow, and crow hunting is legal according the federal law in the US, provided the crow is either damaging property or being a nuisance. Share crow baiting/killing tactics and stories now instead.

Crow hunting is legal in several places....nuisance or damages need not apply.
In WI, the '09 seasons will be as follows:
•Jan. 25 - March 20
•Sept. 12 - Nov. 19
I've never hunted them, but I've heard and read that they will come to crow calls. Try the following link....should help.
