Grouse Legs
When doing the wing step and pull method to clean the grouse, do you leave or eat the legs? Ethics question.

You can do either, but we just breast them out ourselves. No one wants to waste game, but grouse legs are pretty slim pickens. I don't think you're wasting enough to worry about.
