Default Grouse Legs

When doing the wing step and pull method to clean the grouse, do you leave or eat the legs? Ethics question.

Default RE: Grouse Legs

You can do either, but we just breast them out ourselves. No one wants to waste game, but grouse legs are pretty slim pickens. I don't think you're wasting enough to worry about.
