RE: 07' Iowa Pheasant Forecast
Around here in N.C. Iowa, there are alot of birds talking late afternoon, and I've seen quite a few, plus the partridge are looking good, so I'm forecasting alot of lead flying out of my barrel. But to all you out of staters, there are no birds in IOWA!

. Most of the state reports the bird populations are down anywhere from 35-42%. Late severe snow/ice storm followed by a rainy cold spring has hit the birds bad.Good luck if you're going to Iowa this fall.
