I'm not sure is "dove" and "pigeon" same thing. Anyway those birds are all "natural" and wild. Those are not same kind of birds as you can see in the park etc. Also this video was filmed in Finland.

Yeah Im sure pigeons wouldnt be a bad bird to eat if you shot the out of the wild, but just the way our society sees pegions I dont know If I would ever eat one.
