Default Well, I have a new addiction!

I went pheasant hunting right before the Bears game. It was in wisconsin, on a private/closed club. You can hunt there until March....Anyways I went with a few buddies. This was only the second time I had shot a gun. We had two beautifulBlack labs working the fields of milo for us. The light snow was coming down and we had about 3-4" of snow on the ground already. Then the fun began, out of the four of us we shot 38birds! I clearly labeled 11 of them, I was like a school boy...I didn't want to stop
So I clearly understand the addiction ofpheasant hunting....And I'm sure it won't stop for a long time to come.

I think its good to have multiple hunting hobbies, I just hope my wife will understand!?!

Welcome to the club! I moved to Sioux Falls from Pennsylvania because of the South Dakota hunting opportunities, especially pheasants.I only had one opportunity to go out this year for pheasants, on the opening weekend, because I work in Kingston Jamaicaand just couldn't take the time off for more. Back permanentlyin April 1, looking for Prairie Dogs and coyotes!
