Phesant and quail hunt Question

The day after thanksgiving I am going on a hunt where they are putting out5 phesant and 20 quail for me and 2 other guys. I dont know if we will be hunting the differnet birds in different places/times or not, but if they are all placed in the same general area and we never know whats gonna fly is there a load that you guys think would be good for both quail and phesant. We all have 12 guages.

7 1/2's, 1 1/8 oz. I know Federal makes some and AA's super hadicaps are good. The AA's are the silver hull and would be my first choice.

I would personnally use Winchester high brass 3 3/4 dram, 1 1/4 oz, 6 shot loads. But most people would consider that too heavy, especially for quail. My shooting ability is not the best [X(]and I hate to wound and lose a bird. On the downside, occasionally I do destroy a bird.
