Default banded pidgen

Somthing got ahold of a pidgen in my yard, cat or w/e but it had a band on it's leg? it says- IF OVF 2006 426

any idea who i should contact?

From the help of my brother who races pigeons, he said you can go to www.pigeon.org. There is a place that says "found a bird", if you search for a second, you can find where it says "found a IF banded bird" that will take you to the correct pigeon club. He said most club members are happy to hear where their birds ended up, even if it didn't make it.
