Default pigeon house problems?

Me and a buddy that i train dogs with have converted an oldsmall tin shed into a pigeon house. We had birds in it for three months before they started laying eggs.We had eight eggs and one little one that just hatched. And two days after that , all the eggs were gone and the little bird also. There was no egg shells left, nor remains of the baby bird? If it was a snake, then what would be use to catch or keep snakes out of the pen? Thanks Mike

Default RE: pigeon house problems?

in chicken coops we used to put golf balls in the pin so if they ate the eggs then they ate the golf ball and bye bye snake works good
