My first turkey, need help.

Got my first one today. 19lbs, 7.5 beard, .8750 right, .9375 left= 52.125


1. I want to display the tail and beard. What sort of a solution do I dip the skin in to preserve them.

2. What consists of the tail feathers? Is it just the two rows of feathers? Or more rows than that?
