RE: type Calls
First question is, Have you owned and tried any calls yet? I like mouth calls but they take alot fo practice to get consistant with them, When are you going there for the hunt because it may a little late to learn how to call with one. If I were you I would buy a good box call, doesn't matter what one you get, just go to a shop where they have them out and you can try them. Find the one that fits your hand the best then ask if someone there knows how to use it. Ask them to make some calls with it and see which one you think sounds the best. Then ask them if they have a suggestion on a slate or glass call and ask them to make calls with it too. If I were you I would either rent or buy a turkey hunting video and sit and watch it, try making the calls they are doing. You really need to go get them YESTERDAY due to the season coming up quickly. PRACTICE EVERYDAY and as much as you.
