Anybody hunting turkeys in Colorado? I've been wanting to get into turkey hunting here in Colorado. I live in the Denver area and was wodering if anyone is doing any turkey hunting near town? Is there anywhere else that I could find information on turkey hunting other thatn the Colorado Division of Wildlife? Any ideas? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

My younger brother and his wife just went through Colorado on his way to Oregon back in November. They went through the Meeker and Craig area. They saw alot of turkeys along the way.

I know it's along way from Denver but it's still in the same state.

Popere, I have been killing turkeys in Co for years. And yes there are some up around Denver. Waterton canyon has turkeys. South and west of town there are turkeys, Sedalia area.

Just got the news that my Uncle will be hunting down around Durango for turkeys this spring.

I know it's still far, but just trying to give you options
