i had the hubby smoke my seminole ranch bird.....i dont know what happened, but it was nasty, ended up having baked chicken, lol......leave dinner up to him and it's a mess, lol.......i had to work most of the day, but i did get a couple of good bites from my bird....it ashame, i knew i should of cooked it, lol.....

i have no clue what he used for wood....his chickens that he cooks in the smoker turn out awesome.....i think he just didnt check on it like he was suppose too....not enough water for sure, lol......he cooked me a nice steak lastnight so he's on his way out of the dog house, lol......
