Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default North East Kansas turkeys

The fall season is awesome. I've gone out hunting twice and got 2 turkeys. A total of 4 or 5 hours of hunting on public land here in north east Kansas. And the season opens back up again in December and we are allowed 4 birds per year and since I didn't hunt in the spring I can get 2 more in December. This part of Kansas is infested with turkeys does anyone else hunt here?

Way to go!! Our Fall season started this morning, but I had to work!!
The Bow season is going on right now, and I don't think I'll find time to try for a Fall turkey when I'm after a decent buck with my bow!!
I do wish that the season started on the 1st of october, this way here we could get in two weeks before the bow season kicks in!!
