Mine and my son's was only ten feet from us,They were running into us so I told him we would see how close we could get them.
At ten feet I told him close enough,We had the guns up and ready already,And we got another double this year.
We were laughing so much after we took the birds.
Man what a good day that was.

My first bird this year was at 34 yards. He looked a lot farther but I was looking thru a small opening in a cedar tree when I shot. The second bird was 19 yards. I would prefer to have them around 35 to 40 myself. My gun patterns well at that range, a little too tight at 20.
