FROM WHAT I CAN READ...WHEN YOU FIND THE FLOCK IN THE FALL,,THE DOG
MUST HEEL COMPLETELY,,ON COMMAND BUST THE FLOCK AND RETURN ON
COMMAND AND LAY PERFECTLY STILL WITH YOU...IF IT IS A LIGHT COLOR
DOG,,,A CAMO BLANKET OR BAG IS NECESSARY...
FIGURE THE DOG CAN RUN FASTER,,FARTHER AND MAKE MORE NOISE THAN
I CAN....
GOING TO GIVE IT A TRY...HAVE NOTHING WHAT SO EVER TO LOSE..
THANKS

Tell your wife that making a puppy a lap dog might be fun, but when they finish growing, they still want to get in your lap, so then you have to put up with a 75 or 90 lbs dog in your lap!!!!

Ever wonder where you can hunt fall turkeys with dogs? Then take a look at this site http://trkyhntr.home.att.net/.

This website was developed by a friend of mine Jon Freis and is dedicated to turkey dogs. You can read about the history of turkey hunting with dogs as well as see pictures and read stories that others have shared. Know something about turkey dogs and don't see it there? Just tell Jon and he will add it to the site.

Go check it out and support the American Wild Turkey Hunting Dog Association.

I'm curious if anyone has taken a look at the turkey dog website. If you have, post up with some feedback.
