Cut the breast in medallions like a filet mignon, wrap it in a pepper bacon
Make a rub of olive oil, rosemary, basil & garlic. Season w/ salt & pepper, rub the rub, fire up the charcoal w/ alittle mesquite & enjoy!

i like to marinate mine and smoke them on the grill the marinatde is never the same twice but it usually involves worstichire(sp?) sauce and lots of different seasonings but thats my favorite way just take it off the grill and eat it and it makes great sandwich meat to

Here is an easy one that tastes great:

Cut the breast into strips. Marinate is Zesty Italian salad dressing (the cheap stuff works fine). Cook it on the grill.
It doesn't take long. This makes good chicken breasts too.
