Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default MN Success

Just finished the MN 5th season on Saturday. Hunting was very tough. The birds around here were not responding to calling very well. They would gobble at your calls, but showed very little interest in coming in. My son and I did manage to each get a bird, which is the limit in MN.
Son's bird:
20.25 lbs
10 " beard
1" spurs
My bird:
22.7 lbs
9.5 " beard
1" spurs

Good job! I had the third season in Mn, and the toms didn't seem too receptive either. I got a hot tom to come in, but calling for my dad we couldn't get a tom to come in. Again good job!
