Default Broad Breasted Bronze Turkeys

Did they used to be wild? I am going to buy some cause I love the way turkeys look. Especially when they strut. Will they gobble in the Spring like wilid turkeys. Also I was gonna goof around wid them. Call to them and stuff. LOL
