Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Hevi-shot 3" HV #6's VS. BOBCAT! Pics!

This male cat tried to get my decoy 20 min before I killed my second longbeard of the year.

Shot taken at 63 Paces. I had to quick draw the cat. He was coming pretty fast!

That sure would make a pretty mount with a good story to back it up.

cool, but be careful, the buttchicken tree hugging PC crowd may be upset that you killed this poor critter

Gee might i be the "buttchicken tree hugging PC crowd" that Turkey Gator speaks of!
Hummmmm..........

Congratulations MSgobblergetter!! Thats a beautiful cat. Where did you get him at he has nice spots. Not the but ugly brown ones we get around here.

And no i have no problem with someone shooting a predator, I just got a little heated when poision was brought up on a different post, i make much of my money in the winter trapping these critters, as do many other!!!! And hate to see them completely eradicated like the wolves and big cats have been.

I don't ever shoot animals for the killing sake. I have a friend that owns a barber shop who asked me to take a cat if I had the chance. This barber shop is not like your ordinary shop. This friend has an array of wildlife mounts inside the shop and uses them to help teach the importance of hunting heritage and game managment. This one will be mounting and used.
This cat was taken in Jasper Co. Mississippi. an hour southeast of Jackson.

The Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks weighed and documented this cat by my request. This cat was taken on private land under strong influence of over populatated predators. MDWFP has permitted "trapping and or harvest" of these animals in select areas of the state. This area is included.
