Default Processing your meat

Hey, guys I wanted to get some tips on how you like to cut up your fare?

Most the time I cook'em whole but this year I decided to cut him up for separate meals.
Particularly what do yall do on the drumsticks? Man those tendons are a bugger?

Thanks
