alright, here's the story.

After an earlier mishap,(read:has this happened to you), we are walking back to the truck. It was 9:00, about 80 degrees, we just lost a big one, no toms were gobblin', and we are quitting for the day, when we hear a gobble from over the ridge. We decided to go after him. We circle around and find a good spot to sit. we do a little calling, then sit for about 30 min. Nothing! We decide to go fishing instead. I start calling real loud, and so does my buddy. This is just purely a couple guys being stupid. It must have sounded like 10 hens on the ridge we were making so much noise. then all of a sudden a gobble comes out of nowhere, and he is close. We get ready and the first jake comes running in fast and stops. Then 2 more come in. They start working on slow, then they spot the decoys. As the 3 turkeys nose to tail pass 15 yrds away, my buddy says he;s going to shoot the second one. I put the camera on him and BANG. This one didn't fly away.

will try to post some pics.

good luck.
