kansas opening day pics

Opening day started off well with these two birds, passed on several smaller ones today. Really windy today, hopefully the wind calms down tomorrow, and we get back on some longbeards. Both birds were around 24 lbs, one had a 10 inch beard, and the other had a 9 1/2 inch beard.

A couple of nice toms there, congratulations. I'm a new member here and really enjoy the posts. I'm hunting next weekend around the Milford lake area on my annual Turkey/morel/crappie trip. Hopefully I will have some pics to post in the future.
