835 forend problem

Hi
Was wondering if anyone one in this forum has had trouble with there forend on there 835 Mossberg slipping past forend nut ??
My Sons has done this if you put pressure on the forend you can slide it back past the forend nut again.
but after a few shot it slides past the nut again. Looks like I'll have to by new camo forend. Does anyone know
how much one might cost??? or how I might fix this...

..I think i understand what you are saying??there is a round threaded tap that hold it on..
make sure it is tight...and you may have to place some type of big washer there if there
is play or slack..but it should work...
