I saw your other post and would have to concur that it isn't an albino. Sure is an interesting specimen though!

I can't really tell from the pic, but it may be a domesticated bird that got loose, or an offspring of one, but I think they usually have more of a bronze/white look about them? I dunno, maybe someone else here does??

My uncle shot a albino here in Ontario last fall ,Although I've never seen one persoally but I know they're out there .
