I carry the same, less the game ear(havent' got one yet) but I also carry my little gerber bone/wood saw. Incase I want to make a stout blind or move a bigger limb.
I always carry bug repellent since I hunt in the swampy south. Also carry branch clippers to clear limbs or construct a quick blind. Also carry a map, toilet paper (always comes in handy in a pinch), water, a some type of mid-morning snack.

My list is too long to submit again, and I have done so on recent posts, but in the context of "tools", I carry a GPS, cell phone, compass, aerial map and a laser rangefinder, as well as the customary pruner, saw, headlamp (Streamlight Trident with green light), blind (on occasion), wet wipes for tp and way too much more to list.
Every year I find new toys to add, and every year at this time I vow to pare back my list. I wear an Elite vest which is full of gear and also carry a backpack full of "necessities". If I elect to carry a blind, that is additional.
Oh yeah, and somewhere in all that crap I also manage to tote a gun!!!

Wow if I carried all that stuff I wouldnt be able to move. I carry a thing of insect spray with me, but I am gonna get Thermocell here soon. If you havent tried that you need to. It is quite amazing!

A Thermacell is an instrument for repelling mosquitos. It's about the size of a flashlight (D cell) and it's more or less flat. It comes with a small container (about an ounce or so) of butane gas that screws into it and it also comes with 3 chemical pads. You light it with a button, kind of like on some gas grills and when it lights you can look into a round window on the top end and see it glowing. It has kind of a small grill on the front that you slide one of the chemical pads under and it is heated by the butane gas burning inside. The pads are blue, when the chemical repellant is gone the pad turns white. You slide it out and put another in. When it is burning, it heats from inside and will not burn you, it'll be warm to the touch. The gas and 3 pads will last about 12 hours and you can buy refills. Thermacell has a web site, Thermacell.com, or you can see them in Cabelas', Wal-Mart, CVS Pharmacy, and some Ace Hardware stores carry them. Thermacell web site will give you a list of stores that carries them. For mosquito repellent, it's the greatest thing since peanut butter.
Almost forgot, they come in white or camo.
Now, as for as equipment I carry when turkey hunting: Stool, mask , gloves, two calls (l mouth, 1 slate w/striker) , thermacell or liquid mosquito repellent, gun, and 2 or 3 extra shells, camo from head to toe. That's it, nothing else, I like to hunt lite and be able to move fast and quiet. I wear snake boots because where I live and hunt we have, copper heads, cottonmouths, and diamond backs and timber rattlers.
We have mosquitos so big they tried to breed our turkeys. i.e. Thermacell
