Default Gobbling and the moon

This may be a stupid question, but does a full moon or just the moon phase in general have any effect on turkeys. I know they can't go nocturnal, but I just thought with it being brighter on some nights, it might affect them. Any input appreciated.

Default RE: Gobbling and the moon

I have never noticed any difference in them and the moon.
I did notice yesterday morning I had birds gobbling all over me all morning.it was bright and clear.went back this morning and i had a few high clouds and the moon went away just before light and i didn't hear a peep, not one gobble.

Go figure!
