RE: HIGHKNOB !
Sorry guys, I was waiting for the pics before i wrote about our Florida trip. And i didn't get the PM Sour 01. My computer at home is going crazy!! I did get 2 nice Florida birds. Marsha didn't get a bird but had a great time. Worked lots of birds, just couldn't complete the deal. I got a nice bird at Okechobee, 16 1/4 # 1 in. spurs and 10 1/2 in. beard. We hunted three lakes and saw and heard lots of gobblers, but had lots of company. I did manage to call one in for another guy!! Nice bird too! That should have been Marsha's. To say the least she wasn't happy. We went to Eglin after three lakes and had a great hunt there too. Lots of birds, small but lots of them. I got another gobbler there, 14 1/2 # 9 1/4 in. beard and 7/8 in. spurs. We worked several birds there also. Had 2 nice long beards coming in for Marsha but came up on my side. She finally moved a little and got busted. All in all it was a wonderful trip. Saw, heard, and worked birds every day we hunted, the weather was fantastic. Sure have missed the board and I'll get someone to help with the pics soon!! Thanks guys for making me sit down and type!!
