question on Wis turkey permit/license

me and my pops got our turkey license approval here in Wisconsin, and i can't find the two postcard things anymore..i figure my my threw them out or put them somewhere. when i go to buy my tags online is there any special code or anything i need? or is the approval thing already in their computer? thanks

I'm sure that they should have that in the system. On line if you use your customer number at the dnr site you could see.

Yes go to any license station and you will get one.
