November 17 , just down the road from the house.All heck broke lose and two winter flocks (Toms) and (Hens) came togeather. Well talk about something to see, there was Toms gobbling ,Hens yelping,turkeys Kee-Kee-in and heres the big boy that thought winter was extra short !
Geeeshhhh.....They must have been PA birds if they were gobbling being they couldn' t be smart enough to know it' s Fall.

BT, I had an experience like that back during the last week of October. Two different mornings, I saw a couple of gobblers strutting with the hens just like it was spring again. Really makes a guy wish it were April!
