I like to use Mossy Oak Break Up it seems to blend in better in my area.I have an outfit in Mossy Oak Forest Floor but I noticed that turkeys were starting to see me more often so I went back to Break Up and they didn' t notice I was sitting there.
i wear so many diffrent camos i dont even know...i like to look like a giant blurr to human eyes....it really screws with turkeys.....my vest it mossy oak...and my jacket is military woodland camo.....and my pants are realtree or some other kind depending on the temp and what bibs i wear....im not out there to be in a fashion show...i dont care if i dont match......i could if i wanted.......but i like my set up.....its all comfortable to me and i kinda like the way it all blurrs together...oh yeah...my hat is military tiger strips...thats how i do camo......

Camo is a very important part of turkey hunting. There are so many different Companies, Patterns and Colours on the market today, it only helps the turkey hunter in becoming sucessfull up against the Keen eye of the gobbler.
Picking out a colour that will match the area that you intend to hunt is a smart choice that will work in your favor. Also being able to change the colour and pattern as the season progresses is a good practice. Yearly in the season the colours are dull with Grey' s , Blacks , Dark browns in demand. As the season progresses the leaves start to break out and Greens of different shades start to appear. This is when the hunter should start to change his/her pattern.
Breaking up patterns is also a good practice, A hunter dressed in head to toe same camo like a does not break up his /her out line. Sitting in the wrong spot in the woods and One can stick out like a sore thumb. By mix matching your camo you will fit in to the woods better and lose the outline of the same conture. One mistake alot of turkey hunters make , is taking the time to study these little points of the hunt. By taking a friend into the woods and setting up before the season and seeing for yourself just what you do look like, can give you a better view of what a bird with 10 times the vision will see, when the game has begun.
