its fall turkey season here....i have a few flocks located in diffrent spots...i see them when im small game hunting and scouting....but nothing when turkey hunting....i tried getting them off the roost....but they didnt roost where they normally do.....so ive been walking around through feeding areas following fresh scratchings but nothing....anyone have any tips on how to fill my fall turkey tag?? is following fresh sign a good way to hunt or a waste of time? i hoped to scatter them and call them in but it hasnt worked yet......any advice?? thanx

I would watch the fresh sign till ,I found where they are roosting,then go back in the morning.listen for tree yelps as you walk through.then sch,and go from there.ater them
