Default Scents or Not

We all have heard about wonerfull scents and take them hunting for deer and bear . But what about turkey??Now most people think turkey are great with sight and hearing. And there right but they are also great at observing there suroundings so if it sees a spoked deer it might scare it away.So you dont have to take sents but it will help.

Good one, Paul. That question is always good for laughs! It shows up on just about every turkey forum site sooner or later.

I have used and will proably use cover scent or scent elimnator while turkey hunting. One area I used to hunt on a regular basis, I used it every time I went in the woods. Deer were always coming in at the wrong time and a coyote would show up every now and then. I figure it can' t hurt

I usually just spray myself with hummingbird pee cover scent so they don' t think anything about me.
Yes, I do collect my own hummingbird urine.

Although I am new to this board and to hunting, I' d just like to point out that you all saved me some time once again this Spring. Here I was trying to figure out how to get all that cranberry sauce in the tub before the debut hunt!
