Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

So life will be good and if Ole Rope for a Beard comes by I'll stick him.
Maybe a Fall double this yr or even a triple. ...a tom...a buck...a doe. ...oops forgot I have a bear tag too.....along with a grouse or so.
Love Fall

Not to mention when you come home on a Saturday or Sunday night there's football on the tube. The blessings of fall surely are manifold!

Jake
Yes to WI
My 1st time ever bear hunting. All summer I had 4 bait sites I monitored. One bear hit on early and then nothing.

Others I know in my area had consistent hits. Me nothing but that all changed 9/4 @ 8:18PM. I had checked that site on Saturday 9/3 with a grandson. Just got back up and checked yesterday. So I will see what happened overnight.

Now to get the bear to visit during daylight hrs.
I am learning.

Also have seen a nice 10 pt walk by.....and a good amount of turkeys. Sooo

Time to go sit that stand.
Bear is open as of 9/7
Turkey and deer open 9/17

In PA we can't bait. Plenty of bear around. And I see at least one most years.... But just never during the short bear season we have. I've been thinking about going to Maine to hunt over bait. Hope you get one!

I got 3 tags for Zone 2 in Wisconsin, I'll be hunting with my dog. Heading out first week of October. First time I've hunted in that state, and needless to say, I am excited!!!
